Every seller application is reviewed and only a small share are accepted. Every item is authenticated by hand by a trained PUSHAS authenticator before it ships. If an item is confirmed not authentic, you receive a full refund including shipping.

Report it to orders@pushas.com within 14 days of delivery. PUSHAS sends a prepaid label and inspects the item. If it is confirmed not authentic you receive a full refund including shipping to your original payment method. Read the guarantee.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. Cancel within 2 hours of ordering for a full refund. Within 14 days of delivery, choose 90% back to your original payment method or 100% as store credit. From day 15 to day 90, 90% store credit. There are no exchanges.
How long does PUSHAS take to ship?
Items marked FASTEST are already at a PUSHAS facility, authenticated, and are dispatched within 2 business days, with Express available worldwide on those items. Other items are sent by the seller to PUSHAS, authenticated, then dispatched, which takes 8 to 26 business days.
