The Air Jordan 12 Retro 'Black Game Royal' (2019) represents a bold evolution in the Air Jordan legacy, combining classic design elements with striking colorway dynamics. Released as part of Jordan Brand’s 2019 retro lineup, this edition of the Air Jordan 12 commands attention through its sleek contrast of deep black and vibrant Game Royal accents, merging heritage styling with contemporary appeal.
Overview
The sneaker features a premium black leather upper, meticulously textured to emulate the signature lizard-inspired pattern first seen on the original 1996 Air Jordan 12. Game Royal hits accentuate the midsole, heel tab, and the stitched “TWO 3” numerals on the tongue, creating a vivid contrast against the dark base. Metallic eyelets and a tonal Jumpman logo reinforce the silhouette’s premium craftsmanship, while the full-length Zoom Air cushioning offers responsive comfort for both on-court performance and lifestyle wear. The outsole combines black and Game Royal with a herringbone traction pattern, ensuring durability and grip while preserving the model’s iconic visual identity.
Key Highlights
• Striking 'Black Game Royal' Colorway: Bold contrast of deep black leather with vibrant Game Royal accents for a standout look.
• Premium Leather Construction: Textured full-grain leather upper provides durability and a luxurious feel.
• Iconic Air Jordan 12 Silhouette: Maintains the model’s classic lizard-inspired design and stitched detailing.
