The Nike Dunk High 'Slam Jam White Black' (2020) is the result of a collaboration between Nike and Italian streetwear retailer Slam Jam, reimagining the iconic 1985 basketball silhouette through a contemporary fashion lens. Released as part of a two-shoe collaboration in 2020, this edition strips back traditional Dunk design cues in favor of a minimalist yet experimental aesthetic. The sneaker showcases Slam Jam's signature approach to blending archival sportswear with modern street culture, featuring premium materials, subtle branding, and unconventional detailing. Its understated black-and-white palette, combined with thoughtful design modifications, has made it one of the most sought-after collaborative Dunk High releases of its era.
Overview
Crafted with a smooth white leather upper, the Nike Dunk High 'Slam Jam White Black' is contrasted by black leather overlays that create a timeless monochromatic look. Unlike a standard Dunk High, this collaboration features an exposed foam tongue and an inverted woven Nike tongue label, giving the shoe a deconstructed appearance while referencing vintage Nike aesthetics. A small Slam Jam wordmark is subtly debossed into the lateral heel, providing understated collaborative branding without disrupting the clean design. The sneaker is completed with a traditional perforated toe box, padded collar, white midsole, and durable black rubber outsole that delivers reliable traction. Every pair sold through PUSHAS is meticulously authenticated by our team of experts, ensuring buyers receive a genuine and verified product.
