The Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 41 ‘Year of the Horse Unbridled’ GS continues Nike’s long-running Lunar New Year tradition, reinterpreting one of the brand’s most trusted running silhouettes through a culturally inspired lens designed specifically for growing athletes. Rooted in performance but elevated with symbolic detailing, this Grade School release blends everyday versatility with a celebratory narrative tied to the Year of the Horse—an emblem of speed, resilience, and forward momentum that aligns naturally with the Pegasus legacy.
Overview
Built on the proven foundation of the Pegasus 41, this GS edition retains the model’s reputation as a reliable, all-around running shoe suitable for training, school wear, and daily activity. The upper is constructed with lightweight engineered mesh, offering breathability and structured support where young runners need it most. Nike’s ReactX foam midsole delivers responsive cushioning and improved energy return, while integrated Air Zoom units enhance underfoot comfort and impact absorption. Lunar New Year–inspired design elements and themed graphics distinguish the ‘Year of the Horse Unbridled’ edition, adding cultural depth without compromising the shoe’s performance DNA. A durable rubber outsole ensures traction and longevity across varied surfaces, making it a dependable option for both sport and lifestyle wear.
