The Pokémon TCG Mega Charizard X ex Special Illustration Rare #125/094 from Mega Evolution Phantasmal Flames (2025) is a PSA-graded copy of the headline card from the set. It is offered in PSA 10 (Gem Mint) and PSA 9 (Mint); choose your grade above.

Overview

Phantasmal Flames is the second main expansion of the Mega Evolution series and was released in English on 14 November 2025. Based on the Japanese Inferno X set, it is led by Mega Charizard X ex, with Mega Gengar ex, Mega Heracross ex and Mega Lopunny ex also featured.

This Mega Charizard X ex Special Illustration Rare is numbered 125/094, beyond the main set numbering, and is illustrated by danciao. It is an English-language Fire-type Mega Evolution Pokémon ex with 360 HP that evolves from Charmeleon, and its Inferno X attack does 90 damage for each Fire Energy discarded from your Pokémon. The regular Double Rare print is illustrated by takuyoa.

Each card is graded by PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator), which assesses centering, corners, edges and surface on a 1-10 scale. PSA then seals the card in a tamper-evident holder whose label shows the card, the grade and a unique certification number that can be checked on psacard.com.

Cancel within 2 hours

Cancel any order within 2 hours for a full refund. Log in to your PUSHAS account, open the order and select 'Cancel'.

Change of mind returns

  • Within 14 days of delivery: 90% of the item value back to your original payment method, or 100% as PUSHAS Store Credit.
  • 15 to 90 days after delivery: 90% of the item value as PUSHAS Store Credit.
  • You pay return shipping. Original shipping, duties and taxes are not refunded.

Change of mind return requirements

  • Unworn, in its original condition and packaging

Grading

Q: What does the grade mean?
