Overview
Mystery Singles bring the surprise of opening a pack to a single card. Instead of a booster, you receive one card selected from the PUSHAS pool, so the game, character and rarity stay unknown until it arrives. Releases are limited to 288 a day, and once the day's allocation is gone, the next release is the following day.
Each single is raw (ungraded) and in Near Mint condition unless stated otherwise. It is sent in a penny sleeve and top loader inside a protective mailer, so the card arrives ready for a binder or for grading.
The card is chosen at the point of dispatch and the game is chosen at random, so specific games or cards cannot be requested, swapped or exchanged. Because the contents are random, change-of-mind returns do not apply. It suits collectors who enjoy the reveal and anyone looking for an easy gift for a Pokémon or One Piece fan.

PUSHAS ships worldwide from our facilities in Sydney, Hong Kong and Los Angeles. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
- Fastest sizes: dispatched within 2 business days. Express shipping, and Same Day delivery in Sydney metro, may be available at checkout.
- Other sizes: dispatched within 8 to 26 business days, once they reach us and pass authentication.
- After dispatch: standard shipping takes 1 to 7 business days depending on your location. Express generally takes 1 to 3 business days.
Who delivers?
Depending on your location, Australia Post, CouriersPlease, DHL and TNT, with final delivery by your local postal service where applicable.
Duties and taxes
- Australia: prices include GST and duties are calculated at checkout. Orders over A$1,000 fulfilled from an overseas facility may attract import duty and GST on arrival.
- Outside Australia: import duties and taxes may be charged by your country on arrival and are paid by the buyer.

Cancel within 2 hours
Cancel any order within 2 hours for a full refund. Log in to your PUSHAS account, open the order and select 'Cancel'.
Change of mind returns
- Within 14 days of delivery: 90% of the item value back to your original payment method, or 100% as PUSHAS Store Credit.
- 15 to 90 days after delivery: 90% of the item value as PUSHAS Store Credit.
- You pay return shipping. Original shipping, duties and taxes are not refunded.

Change of mind return requirements
- Unworn, in its original condition and packaging
- PUSHAS tag attached and undamaged
- Packed in a sturdy outer box, never a satchel alone
- Passes inspection on arrival
Mystery Box orders, opened sealed collectibles and Refurbished by PUSHAS items (after 2 hours) cannot be returned for change of mind.
Not authentic, damaged, incorrect or not as described
Please tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly. Claims made later are still assessed under the Australian Consumer Law. We send a prepaid label, inspect the item, and if the claim is confirmed you receive a full refund including shipping. No handling charge applies.
